We sell only in full cases. New accounts are set up as COD until credit references are checked. We accept Visa and Mastercard. There is no minimum order if order is to be shipped via UPS, Fedex, or common carrier. Customer pays all shipping charges. Order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship throughout Continental US. New customers must provide copy of business license and fed id number to open account.
