Return Policy:

Please contact Avenue Gourmet, customerservice@avenuegourmet.com within 10 days in case of damaged product receipt. Avenue Gourmet reserves the right to either replace the product or issue a full refund to the customer within 30 days from claim receipt.


Shipping Policy:

Please check all addresses carefully; We will try to contact you if we are unable to deliver the package to the address provided. If we are unable to contact you, we will return your order to our warehouse. If the product arrives in good condition, we can the package back out to you and charge you again shipping and handling; if the product does not arrive in good condition back in our warehouse, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.

We try to ship orders same day they are placed, but in most instances your order will require two business days to ship. For ground shipping, orders need to be placed by 4pm to be shipping within two business days; for express, or overnight, orders must be place by 10 am EST to be shipped that same day.

Our customer service center and phones are open M-F from 9 -4pm EST.

We cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes; UPS requires a signature for deliveries to an apartment.

You can be assured that we will ship your merchandise carefully packed to protect from damages; however, from time to time, products get damaged. Please send a picture via email of the damaged product for credit or replacement.
